Biography
Curt Lamson brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with a career spanning multiple markets and regions. He holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Houston and began his career in Texas, where he spent a decade delivering school and office building projects. Curt then spent over 10 years in California with a national general contractor, leading the construction of retail centers throughout the Southwest. For the past decade, he has been based in Colorado, focusing on residential and multifamily construction.
This breadth of experience allows Curt to bring a practical, solution-oriented approach to every project. He works closely with owners, architects, and project teams to maintain momentum, manage challenges effectively, and deliver successful outcomes for clients.
Life outside of construction, Curt's time is largely chasing his two sons, whether that's trying to keep up at the mountain bike parks, skiing Colorado's slopes, or fitting in a round of golf when he can. He enjoys the challenge, the pace, and the occasional reminder that his kids are getting faster every year.
Fun fact: Curt hasn't paid for a haircut in over six years - lean operations, more genetics.
