Biography
Kristen Dunbar manages all business financial operations of the company and is responsible for individual project accounting, budget management, forecasting, and oversight of tax accounting, stakeholder reporting, and audits for all of the various single purpose entities of the company. Her specialty is managing multiple sets of books in an environment of many variables and high expectations.
Kristen has twenty-five years of experience in accounting, office management, and construction project accounting. She attended Ohio State University and Columbus College of Art & Design before beginning her career in professional management.
Fun fact: Kristen has Ornithophobia (the fear of birds); however, the family still keeps 9 chickens in the back yard because her daughter is an Ornithophile (bird lover), which also means Kristen has way too many pictures of chickens on her phone.
