Riverside Homes

This is phase one of a workforce housing project for Cargill Corporation. Residential units include an 81-unit apartment building and 27 townhomes with a construction value of 23 million. Phase Two, slated to begin in late 2026, will add a mix of single-family homes and townhomes totaling 60 additional units.
